2022 Family Spiritist Retreat - Miami

A day to spend with families and friends from the Miami area at the park, full of fun and uplifting activities for people of all ages. "MIA InnerLight" is hosting this event and welcoming all the Spiritist Centers of Miami to join as well. Please spread the news. DATE & TIME: Sunday, July 24th from 10am to 2pm LOCATION: Peacock Park - Tables located between the restaurant "Glass & Vine" and the Baseball court 2820 McFarlane Rd, Miami, FL 33133 The theme of this year is based on John 5:8 passage when Jesus asks a man who had been an invalid for 38 years: “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.” We are preparing activities with accessibility in mind, so we can reflect on what it is like to live with any sort of challenge: vision, hearing, speaking, mobility, etc. *Please wear a WHITE SHIRT, including all the members of your group. **Arrive earlier to get parking. There is public parking across the street from the park. Street parking and pvt parking on the hotels. ***BRING YOUR PICNIC FOOD & DRINKS! Please feel free to bring some EXTRAS TO SHARE with the whole group.
